Kaori Ishihara is acting as the opening act, Akiho Suzumoto is acting as the ending for the summer anime
Kodoani.om – Twitter account of the television anime adaptation of the light novel Yumemiru Danshi wa Genjitsushugisha (The Dreaming Man is a Realist) by Okemaru revealed the anime’s opening and ending themes on Monday. Kaori Ishihara, the voice of Rin Shinoyama, will perform the opening theme song “Paraglider” and Akiho Suzumoto, who plays Aika Natsukawa, will perform the ending theme song “Yume wa Mijikashi Koiseyo Otome” (“DREAM” fleeting, fall in LOVE, girls!”). Both singles will be released on August 2, and the anime has revealed a jacket image of the ending song.
The anime will premiere this summer.
Kazuomi Koga is directing the anime at Studio Gokumi and AXsiZ . Michiko Yokote is in charge of the series’ script. Masaru Koseki will be adapting Sabamizore’s original character designs into animation. Hajime Takakuwa is the sound director. Pony Canyon produces the music.

In the story of “one-sided love”, high school student Wataru Sajō falls in love with his beautiful classmate Aika Natsukawa. Aika finds him a nuisance, but he dreams of her mutual love daily and continues to approach her. However, one day, he suddenly woke up from this “dream”. In order to regain his sense of reality, he realized his place and moved away from Aika. But now for some reason Aika was completely shaken.
Okemaru launched the series on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in December 2018, where it is underway. Hobby Japan will publish the novel in print with illustrations by Sabamizore, and release the eighth volume on April 1. Popuri Yoshikita is drawing a manga adaptation, and Kadokawa publishes the third volume on November 25.
