The new chapter of Bleach has been promoted as a one-off special event, but fans are getting excited about the new story the manga seems to be setting in.
Chapter One-shot Bleach series author Tite Kubo’s new series was touted as the epilogue to the original manga that ended 5 years ago, but fans of the series were blown away when they discovered that the new chapter actually seemed to is setting up a new adventure for Ichigo and friends.
A new manga chapter has been published in the latest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Bleach’s original publication. This chapter takes place after the 10 year period that happened at the end of the original Bleach series, and features the older Ichigo and Orihime, as well as their child, Kazui. The manga also features the return of many other survivors, including Rukia and Renji, as well as their child, Ichika. This chapter is 74 pages long and was released in English on VIZ Media’s official Shonen Jump website.
After showing what all the characters have been up to since the end of the original manga and introducing some new characters, the new Bleach chapter sees Ichigo and Renji travel to the world of the living to perform a ceremony. honor the captains of the Soul Reaper. dead so far. However, things go wrong when their party is attacked by a group of powerful Hollows and Szayelaporro Granz, who returns from Hell and delivers some shocking revelations about the nature of the Soul Reapers’ powers and how it relates to the Underworld. The situation quickly spiraled out of control and Ichigo and the rest of the Soul Reapers found themselves facing a whole new conflict.
While neither Tite Kubo nor Weekly Shonen Jump have announced any other new Bleach projects at this time, the new chapter appears to be a prelude to a new story or a new manga series. Needless to say, fans are excited about the possibilities of this new story.

In addition to the new manga chapter, an art exhibition celebrating the 20th anniversary of Bleach’s history will open in Tokyo later this year, and back in 2020, a new season of the anime has been announced in development. The new anime season will adapt chapters of the Bleach manga published after the television series ended in 2012.
Bleach was one of the most popular anime and manga franchises of the early ’00s, and is considered one of the Shonen Jump of the ‘trilogy’ series of the era, which, along with Naruto’s Masashi Kishimoto, started a continuation its own connection to the above – Boruto’s sequel series; and Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece series. While Bleach isn’t supposed to make the same lasting impact as the two anime series, the amount of hype for the new chapter and the online buzz around the story it seems to be setting up suggests there’s still plenty of people out there. fan for Tite Kubo’s dazzling epic.
