HIDIVE describes the series as follows:
Shibuya, a diverse and vibrant city. It was here, on the night streets of Shibuya, that illustrator Mahiru Kozuki, former idol Kano Yamanouchi, Vtuber Kiui Watase and composer Mei Kim Anouk Takanashi – four girls – came together to create an artist collective anonymously called JELEE. “I” also want to shine like everyone else. If it's not just “me” but “we,” then we can shine.
