The voice actors of the Amagami sisters perform the new opening theme song “Pray Pray Pray”
Kodoani.com – The anime's official website Tying the Knot With an Amagami Sister (Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi), adapted from the manga by Marcey Naito, recently announced that the second episode (second quarter) of the anime will begin airing from episode 14 on January 14, 2025. The series will is broadcast on TV Tokyo and affiliated channels, as well as on BS NTV at 24:00 JST (actually January 15 at 12:00 a.m. JST). The anime will simultaneously be available on Amazon Prime Video in Japan.
In addition, the new opening song “Pray Pray Pray” performed by the voice actors of the three Amagami sisters (Sumire Uesaka, Kaede Hondo and Shion Wakayama) has also been announced.
The anime premiered on October 1, 2024 on TV Tokyo and affiliated channels. With a total of 24 episodes, the anime aired in two consecutive cours spanning half a year. Crunchyroll is streaming the series at the same time as Japan and is also offering an English dub.

Main content
The story revolves around Uryu Kamihate, a young man with the dream of enrolling in medical school to start a new life. However, all his plans are turned upside down when he arrives at his new foster home—a temple. Here, Kamihate has to live with three beautiful, personable Amagami sisters, and an unexpected truth is revealed: he is forced to marry one of the three to inherit the temple.
The manga series created by Marcey Naito has been serialized in Weekly Shōnen Magazine since April 2021 and is still ongoing.
