A group of Genshin Impact fans have posted a short trailer of the Fatui Executors, which are expected to release the full version during the upcoming HoYoFair event.
A Genshin Impact fan has created a beautiful intro trailer cut from the upcoming original animated short revolving around the Fatui Harbingers. The 11 leaders of the Fatui organization often serve as the main antagonists of the game, with Harbingers playing a major role in the storylines of each new region. To date, several members of the organization have featured prominently in the game’s story, including the two Executors turned playable characters Childe and the Tramp.
While many of the Executives are yet to appear in the game, Genshin Impact has intentionally revealed a lot about the organization through its promotional materials. The “Winter Night Play” trailer released during the prelude to version 3.0 of Genshin Impact provided the group’s first official appearance, introducing players to characters such as Columbina, Arlecchino, and Columbina. Dottore. Genshin Impact’s story also heavily references the other members of the Fatui Harbingers. Now, a group of fans have created a dramatic animation that focuses on the organization’s Executives.
Reddit user u/reverieMidnight introduced the first trailer for an animated short revolving around Fatui Executives that will premiere this weekend with the HoYoFair event. The trailer features several scenes in Fatui’s home town of Snezhnaya and introduces many of Fatui’s most famous members including Columbina, Pantalone and Tartaglia. The animation is scheduled to be released as part of HoYoVerse’s “HoYoFair” event on December 30, featuring a variety of Genshin Impact fan creations. The creators have previously produced similar Genshin fan projects, including an animation centered around the popular Raiden Shogun.
ReverieMidnight’s animated trailer for Fatui Harbingers comes as many Genshin players have speculated whether some upcoming Harbingers will be playable. Two of the 11 Fatui leaders have been playable so far in Genshin Impact, with Tartaglia being released in version 1.1 and The Wanderer introduced in the current version 3.3. Leaks have suggested that most of the Executives will eventually be playable, though some may be far in the future. Currently only the case of Signora, featured in the Inazuma saga, has been suspected by fans to be playable based on how the story unfolds in the region but that has not been the case.
