New Genshin Impact leaks have revealed two initial costume sketches for ‘terrorist’ girl Klee and Cavalry captain Kaeya.
Recent Genshin Impact leaks have revealed more details about two new skins for Kaeya and Klee that appear to be coming in the future. While the main focus of the game was on the playable roster, the character skins were largely out of date during its development.
The last two character skins to appear in the game stem from the Genshin Impact 2.8 update, where the Dark Hero Diluc and the Lightning-type character Fischl will receive new skins. The most recent livestream event for update 3.4 confirmed that several new skins are coming in the next few weeks.
A couple of posts on the Genshin Impact Leaks Reddit sub sub provide more details on the new costumes for two Mondstadt characters, Klee and Kaeya. Both concepts seem to show skins in their early stages of development, which means they won’t be part of the upcoming Genshin Impact updates. Klee’s costume is Halloween-themed, which means that even if these images are believable, the new costume probably won’t arrive until October 2023. Some fans suggest that even when the costume concept was fake, the artist did a great job because it matched HoYoverse’s approach to character design.
Both Klee and Kaeya are the oldest characters on the list to have joined Genshin Impact since update 1.0. Klee was introduced as the first limited Fire character to be an S-class DPS character in the early days of the game. However, she has been pushed out of the meta since the arrival of more powerful DPS and many players are asking for a rework so that this troublesome Mondstadt character can return to the meta.

A few comments have pointed out that Kaeya’s skin looks very similar to his current skin. He is one of four free-to-play characters that players get by completing the first few quests. Although he is considered a very strong Genshin Impact support due to his Rage Skill, many players don’t usually use Kaeya because it is very difficult to level up his Bow of Destiny, at least compared to other characters. Other four-star objects may appear on the limited character banner.
These leaks should be considered as information that stirs the community because there is not much additional information about them. However, it should be noted that the two recently confirmed skins for Ayaka and Lisa were concept revealed months before they were officially revealed during the livestream event.
