A concept created by the player Genshin Impact has transformed Keqing’s skin, now she can dance super beautiful swords.
A Genshin Impact fan created an interesting concept showing what Keqing’s skin would look like if it had special combat effects. Despite being the main focus of the game, the characters in Genshin Impact have a surprisingly low number of costumes. Reddit user u/-zephon shared an interesting video featuring the famous Keqing character from Liyue fighting with updated animations. She is a five-star Lightning DPS character, which can be obtained through prayer in the regular banner or by deviating from the limited character banner. Keqing received a new skin in the Genshin Impact 2.4 update with a very attractive and lovely appearance, but this is only a 4-star skin so it does not have much effect. Many people in the community were impressed by the additional battle effects designed by the players as the post reached nearly 8,000 upvotes. While some fans claim that the idea was achieved through in-game mods, u/-zephon confirmed that the animations were added through video editing.
As one of the main characters in the Liyue chapter, Keqing plays a very important role in the Genshin Impact storyline. Some fans in the comments say that Keqing’s skin should include other animations to make it more worthy of his 1680 Genesis Stone price tag. Diluc is the only character to receive a five-star skin that includes a bunch of different combat effects as well as idle animations, and of course a higher price tag as well.

Many fans would have bought the skin if it had been released much earlier as Keqing was considered an S-rank DPS character. The addition of more complex characters caused many players to decide to leave her for her. there are much better DPS options in Genshin Impact. However, the recent introduction of the new Thao element can make this Lightning character return to the character meta.
