Luffy joins YouTubers in “We Go! ～HIKAKIN＆SEIKIN with Monkey D. Luffy ver.～” starting in January
Kodoani.com – Official X/Twitter account of One Piece announced that the famous YouTuber duo Hikakin & Seikin will perform a special opening theme song “We Go! ～HIKAKIN＆SEIKIN with Monkey D. Luffy ver.～” for the January episodes of One Piece Log: Fish-Man Island Saga. This is a 21-episode remake that summarizes the Fishman Island arc with improved visuals and sound.
Special Features:
Luffy's presence: This version of the song is not only performed by Hikakin & Seikin but also features vocals from Monkey D. Luffythe main character of the anime.
YouTube releases in parallel: Hikakin and Seikin's two separate YouTube channels streamed two different versions of the song on Wednesday.
Previous Famous Songs:
Hikakin & Seikin previously covered the opening theme song “We Are!” for albums ONE PIECE MUUUSIC COVER ALBUM 2020. However, “We Go!” this marks the first time their song has been used as an official theme song for a television anime.
