Kodoani.com – Anime yuri based on the manga of the same name Hoshikuzu Telepath (Stardust Telepath) by Rasuko Ōkuma will officially premiere on October 9, this year, with the following broadcast schedule:
Starting at 9:00 p.m. Japan time, the anime will air on AT-X. Then, at 10:00 pm, it will be broadcast on Tokyo MX channel. The anime will also have a broadcast schedule on other channels.
The content of the anime revolves around the main character is a shy girl Umika, who is always afraid of contact and has trouble making friends. Her life changes when she meets Yū, a transfer student who claims to be an alien and has the ability to read other people’s emotions by touching that person’s forehead.
The film is directed by Kaori, who has participated in many popular anime projects such as Yuyushiki and The Quintessential Quintuplets ∬. Kaori and Tsuko Takahashi are writing the script, while Takahiro Sakai is the character designer and animation director.
Miku Itō will perform the opening theme song “Ten to Sen” (Points and Lines), while the ending theme song “Tentaizu” (Celestial Map) will be performed by SoundOrion.
The Hoshikuzu Telepath manga has been serialized in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara magazine since May 2019 and has since been compiled into a volume. The third volume was published in October 2022, and the fourth volume is scheduled to premiere on September 27.
