The teacher responsible for the crime has now fled after assaulting a 15-year-old male student because of a spelling mistake.

It is known that the victim is a 15-year-old male student named Nikhit Kumar. The boy was confirmed dead by his family after being beaten by a teacher at the school with a stick because of a spelling mistake.

The hospital in Auriya district, northern Uttar Pradesh state added, after trying for treatment for nearly 20 days, the male student died from many serious injuries.

The victim’s uncle, Mr. Rishi Kumar recounted:

“The boy was beaten, didn’t stop, the teacher even insulted him as Dalit.”

Dalit is the term in India to refer to people who are dirty, lowly and despised by the whole society, those who are at the bottom of society.

Not stopping at attacking the other male student, the teacher also cursed the victim’s family when they asked for compensation and brought the matter to the law. He said:

“He doesn’t deserve to be a teacher, he thinks he’s upper class compared to us.”

Auriya district police chief Charu Nigam said he had received a complaint from the victim’s family. Doctors are performing an autopsy to further investigate the cause of death.

Currently, according to updated information, the teacher who committed the crime has fled the living area. This incident made the people extremely angry, supporters of Nikhit Kumar’s family attacked police cars to protest.

India is a country with the most obvious and heaviest class division, showing the rigidity and conservatism of this country. Accordingly, people in the higher class have the default right to oppress and impose those who are considered to be of the lower class.

Many rebellions of the Dalit people as mentioned above broke out in order to eliminate the competition but were brutally suppressed.

Before bad boy Nikhit Kumar was killed, a 9-year-old boy in India was also beaten to death by his teacher in August.

Accordingly, this boy is considered to be of the lowly Dalit class, after the teacher saw him accidentally drink the water of a student belonging to Singh – the higher class hit mercilessly.

He was later arrested for his behavior.
