Comic Inu ni Nattara Suki ni Hito ni Hirowareta (Inukai-san’s Life as a Pet Dog) will get an anime adaptation in 2023. The teaser image has been revealed.
An official website has been launched, but additional information such as the studio and staff is yet to be revealed. A commentary from original manga author Gosei Furukawa is available on the website, along with a special illustration to commemorate the news:
It’s mostly a piece of work from the dog’s point of view. I think you will enjoy the feeling of being held by a girl. The heroine’s thoughts and feelings are not depicted from a first-person perspective. I can’t wait to see how the movements and voices make me feel!
