Kodoani.com – Tetsuya Tashiro, creator of Akame ga Kill!, shared on Twitter that the manga Slasher Maidens (Kaijin Reijō) will end with the release of volume 11.
Yen Press is the publisher of this manga in English, and the story revolves around a phenomenon where mentally stressed people turn into monsters called “Kaijin” and cause murderous conflicts. Asuma Sudo, a proud pervert, has no connection to this supernatural phenomenon, but after transferring to an all-girls school, he discovers that the place is a front for an anti-Kaijin agency.
Tashiro launched the manga in Square Enix’s monthly Gangan Joker magazine in April 2018. Square Enix published compiled volume 11 on November 21. Yen Press also published the English version, with volume 8 released on August 22 and episode 9 will release on December 12.
It should be noted that Tashiro is also the creator of Akame ga Kill!, a manga that ended in December 2016, and which inspired a television anime that aired in July 2014.
