Manga Oni no Katekyo ni Narimashita launches on the Web Action website on December 6
Kodoani.com – Itokichiauthor of popular works, is preparing to release a new manga series titled “Oni no Katekyo ni Narimashita” (I Became the Ogre's Home Tutor). According to an announcement from the magazine Manga Action issue 23 of Futabasha, this manga will be published on trang web Web Action on the day December 6, 2024.
Although detailed information about the content has not yet been fully revealed, with its familiar humorous and creative style, Itokichi promises to bring a unique and interesting story.
Outstanding work: Merman in My Tub
One of the works that established Itokichi's name is Merman in My Tub (Orenchi no Furo Jijō). This is a four-panel comic series, released in a magazine Comic Gene by Kadokawa in 2011 and ending in May February 2020.
International publishing: Kadokawa released the eighth and final volume in February 2020. Seven Seas Entertainment translated and published the entire work in English, helping the manga reach a large global audience.
Anime adaptation: The manga inspired a series 13-episode short animated filmpremiered in October October 2014 and streamed on Crunchyroll.
Live-action adaptation: The work was also adapted into a 14-episode live-action series in Taiwan, released on online services KKTV on the day February 6.
