Kodoani.com – This year’s 28th issue of Kodansha’s Weekly Young Magazine revealed on Monday that the manga MF Ghost of Shuuichi Shigeno will continue in issue 29 on June 19.
The manga went on hiatus starting with the magazine’s 21st issue in April. The manga’s latest chapter noted in April that the story is entering the “final battle”. In the author’s afterword, Shigeno noted that the manga has completed “four fifths” of its story, but added that he was worried about whether he would be able to draw until the final part of the manga.
The manga went on hiatus in November 2022 due to Shigeno’s ill health, but returned on February 20.
Shigeno (Initial D) launched the MF Ghost manga in Weekly Young Magazine in September 2017. The compiled volume 17 was published in Japan on June 6.

Shigeno ended her Initial D manga in Weekly Young Magazine in July 2013. The manga has inspired several television anime series, a live-action film, and several original anime projects. and a successful game line. The manga is currently adapting an animated trilogy, the third of which debuted in February 2016.
