Kodoani.com – Anime adaptation of the novel of the same name Love All Play Asami Koseki’s released a new promotional video on Saturday to mark the anime’s premiere on April 2. The video introduces the lead character Ryō Mizushima as he joins his high school’s badminton team, and features narration by his voice actor Natsuki Hanae:
The tagline in the image to the right reads, “Adolescence comes only once in a lifetime, 400 km/h (250 mph), love it all!” The anime’s website notes experts’ claims that the initial speed of the shuttlecock after a smash makes badminton “the fastest sport in the world”. The anime’s title derives from the (love-all) score at the start of a match.
The story follows Ryō Mizushima, who joins his high school’s badminton team motivated – but without the right coach, ending in a blur. However, he eventually reached the provincial tournament thanks to his physical prowess. Now, he joins the prestigious Yokohama-Minato High School’s badminton team under the guidance of legendary coach Ebihara and surrounded by talented teammates.
