Kodoani.com – Polish game developer and publisher Forever Entertainment announced that a remake of the game The House of the Dead 2developed by them and MegaPixel, will be released on Spring 2025 on platforms:

The remake will bring many new features and improvements:
Cooperation mode to play with friends. Graphics and music are okay completely redoneproviding a more modern experience.

History and achievements of the game series
The House of the Dead The original was first released by Sega to video game stores in Japan year 1996later ported to PC and Sega Saturn year 1998.
The House of the Dead 2 Launched in video game stores on year 1998 and adapted Mix Dreamcast in 1999, as well as PC in 2001.
Forever Entertainment previously remade the game The House of the Dead first, release on Switch in April 2022. The game was later ported to PS4, Xbox One, PC, Google Stadia, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5.
Upcoming film project
Paul W.S. Anderson, director best known for the Resident Evil franchise, is preparing to write and direct a film based on the game series The House of the Dead by Sega.
Anderson has already begun teasing the project and production is expected to begin mid to late 2025.
