The Fall 2023 The anime season is about to start and here’s everything new coming soon Crunchyroll this season. Crunchyroll is one of the largest anime streaming services in the world, so every season they set up an exciting lineup with premieres and upcoming series, including some anticipated anime. Guess it will be the most successful. In that regard, Fall 2023 is no different and Crunchyroll has announced a new anime series that they will air over the next few months.
There’s a lot to like with Crunchyroll’s new anime series. While there are a lot of new anime coming to Crunhchyroll this season, some fan favorites will continue to air from the previous season, including One Piece, Jujutsu Kaisen, and Detective Conan. Additionally, the majority of these anime will be dubbed in English, Latin American Spanish, French, Hindi, and other languages; A release schedule for the aforementioned dubs is yet to be announced at the time of writing, but they are likely to be released soon.
Isekai & Fantasy anime rounds out Crunchyroll’s fall 2023 lineup

While there are plenty of anime with unique settings like the superhero anime Shy or the mystery anime Migi & Dali, Crunchyroll’s lineup seems to mainly consist of isekai and fantasy anime. As for isekai anime, I’m in Love with the Villainess has garnered a lot of attention for being another LGBTQ+ positive anime and is sure to be a standout anime of the season. Other notable isekai anime of this season include I Will Survive on Poison! and Butareba: The Story of a Man Who Turned into a Pig, the latter of which won second place in the 26th Dengeki Novel Award, one of the largest literary prizes in Japan.
As for fantasy anime, The Kingdoms of Ruin, Berserk of Gluttony, and A Returner’s Magic Should Be Special all bring different and unique animation styles to the genre with an engaging animation style to match, so each of them is definitely worth watching. However, the fantasy anime that deserves the most attention will definitely be Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End; The manga was a huge hit with stunning art and animation and an all-star staff including Violet Evergarden composer Evan Call and Bocchi the Rock! directed by Keiichiro Saito, this anime is sure to be one of the biggest anime shows of this season, if not of the year.
Fall 2023 sees the return of many popular anime to Crunchyroll
What’s equally notable about Crunchyroll’s Fall 2023 lineup is how many popular anime are returning for new seasons. The Ancient Magus’ Bride, Dr. Stone: New World and Dead Mount Death Play are both set to return for the second halves of their newest seasons, and they’re sure to be just as entertaining as the first half. The Rising of the Shield Hero, The Faraway Paladin and Girlfriend, Girlfriend will also return with new installments, and with any luck, each of them will be able to retain the level of charm that attracted people in the first place. .
However, one of the most notable sequels has to be Goblin Slayer II. As controversial as Goblin Slayer may be, the anime was still a huge hit when it first released, and while Goblin Slayer II may not have had the same staff involved, or even the same animation studio, but seeing it return ensures much of the hype will hopefully be justified. Overall, between returning favorites and a wide range of isekai, fantasy, and other anime genres, Crunchyroll There will be plenty to see in the fall of 2023, so people will hardly have anything to see.
