On October 11, the police received the case that a young man named D, born in 2003, was robbed in an organized manner in Bac Giang province.
Around 4-5 pm on October 11, Mr. D went to the police station of Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province to report that he was robbed on the road to Ninh Khanh residential group, TT Neh, Viet Yen district.
According to D’s testimony, while participating in traffic, he was suddenly approached by 3 subjects riding white wave cars without number plates. 1 of these 3 subjects hit D on the head with a glass beer bottle, causing him to lose consciousness, then grabbed D’s bag and ran away.
D declared the assets inside the bag, including: 1 iPhone 11, 1 iPhone 6s and 7 million dong in cash.
Realizing that this is a serious case, which needs to be investigated and resolved immediately, the Viet Yen district police have coordinated with the criminal police of Bac Giang province to arrest the subjects.
However, after working more closely with D, the police found that there were many contradictions in the testimony of this young man. Through investigation, all evidence and testimony show that D is providing false information. The police asked this young man to tell the truth.
As it turned out, D stole 7 million VND from his parents, then played all this money, so he had to find a way to hide it. D hid his bag, phone in a hidden place, then hit himself in the head with a glass bottle to stage the scene like a real robbery. With evidence and false statements, D went to the police to report being robbed to deceive his parents.

D is currently being prosecuted by the Viet Yen District Police for obstructing the performance of official duties and causing public disorder.
