The light novel “Re: Monster” was originally posted online on the Shōsetsu ni Narō website. AlphaPolis published the first volume in 2012 and the ninth volume in 2017, with illustrations by Yamaada. AlphaPolis adapted the story into a manga and posted the chapters online on its website.
The story of “Re: Monster” is about Tomokui Kanata, who passed away and was reincarnated into a mythical world, but was reincarnated as a weak goblin. He is determined to advance in this world by consuming other creatures to gain their powers and memories.
The manga adaptation of the light novel has also been published in English by Seven Seas, and the seventh volume will be published on October 31.
Additionally, “Re: Monster” also has a mobile game of the same name where players play as a goblin, and the game launched on Android and iOS in February 2016.
