The first season of My Happy Marriage became extremely popular instantly, much like Oshi No Ko. At first glance, the anime seems like a beautiful romantic story where a girl finally finds happiness in the arms of her husband. However, My Happy Marriage is much more than that.
It is filled with concepts such as magic and souls, and Miyo Saimori, the main character of the series, struggles to survive in a world full of magic without any supernatural abilities.
In the final two episodes, we see Miyo enter her mother’s memories to receive shocking answers about her Usuba bloodline. Miyo has a clear understanding of who she really is, but there’s still a lot left to be revealed in Miyo’s story. So, it’s no surprise that every fan wants the show to be renewed for a second season.

Will there be My Happy Marriage Season 2?
My Happy Marriage Season 2 was officially announced just a few minutes after airing the final episode of Season 1.
The anime series boasts a rating of around 8.6 on My Anime List with around 37,000 votes. So, clearly the first season was a success and it would be crazy if the studio didn’t renew the show for a second season.
Creators have recently been following the trend of announcing sequels after releasing the final episode. And it seems My Happy Marriage is following the same trend.
My Happy Marriage is based on a Light Novel, which has so far released four volumes in Japan. So it’s safe to say there’s enough source material for the studio to get back to it soon My Happy Marriage Season 2. In spite of My Happy Marriage Season 2 has been officially confirmed but we don’t have a release date or timing yet.
