Genshin Impact Version 5.0 Gets Attention
The closer we get to version 5.0 of Genshin Impact, the more frequent and productive the activities of leakers and spoilers become with countless rumors. But it should also be noted that most of the information from leakers and spoilers from miHoYo are quite accurate. And one of the things that is receiving a lot of attention at the moment is the release date of Mavuika, also known as Pyro Archon – Fire God in Genshin Impact.
What's New in Genshin Impact?
In the past, most of Genshin Impact's regions were released with chapters, and most of the Archons were released in a certain order. Venti appeared in the first banner in Genshin Impact, while Zhongli and Raiden both debuted in versions 1.1 and 2.1. Things changed somewhat when Genshin Impact's regions became larger and more segmented. For example, the two gods Nahida and Furina both appeared in one patch, while Sumeru and Fontaine were designed to be 5 chapters long. As for Mavuika, many people initially thought she would be released in version 5.2. But according to leakers, she may appear even later than that.
Specifically, according to a fairly reliable source from the leaker. Mavuika will only be released in version 5.3. This guy is so enthusiastic that he even provides the characters and release time as below.
Mualani (Version 5.0)
Kinich (Version 5.0)
Xilonen (Version 5.1)
Chasca (Version 5.2)
Mavuika (Version 5.3)
Ping (Version 5.4)
Natlan represents a major paradigm shift for Genshin Impact, as Pyro Traveler will not be available in Version 5.0. In fact, the immediate absence of this power for the player character will play a major role in Natlan's story. Some Genshin Impact fans have speculated that Traveler will end up with Pyro Gnosis, and thus have a reason to visit Snezhnaya in the next Chapter. While the chances of that happening are low, especially given the gacha nature of the game, Pyro Traveler could represent the fulfillment of the role of an Archon, provided their skill set is released in Version 5.2.
That said, since Furina doesn't have divine powers, but still represents Fontaine as a Hydro Archon, it's likely that Mavuika will be developed by the developers following a similar formula. At the very least, Mavuika's release in Patch 5.3 will give players more time to stock up on Primogems, even though there are still plenty of interesting characters in previous patches.
