Information about VCS 2025 appears
Right before Worlds 2024 started, VCS audiences had information that from next season the region's top teams would participate in LCP – the tournament held after Riot merged VCS and the APAC region. However, there have been revelations that the VCS will still be held and recently, some new information has been rumored about the Vietnamese League of Legends tournament in 2025.
Many viewers were worried that LCP would affect the organization of the VCS tournament.
Accordingly, in the new season there will still be a number of teams participating and most of them will be unfamiliar names. However, in the composition of these teams (unconfirmed) there will still be players familiar to the VCS audience, such as Hypermind (Bie, JackieWind) or Team Secret Whales Academy with coach Bigkoro from GAM Esports.
In addition, a team that still remains in VCS after the merger with APAC is Team Flash, which will keep almost the entire roster intact. This is also considered the strongest candidate for promotion to LCP among the teams that will be able to attend the upcoming VCS 2025.

For Vietnamese LoL audiences, the fact that VCS can still be organized is good news. However, there are also many concerns. Because such tournaments often receive little attention from the audience when the top teams have left and negativity can easily occur. Of course it will still depend on the awareness of Riot's players and managers. But there are many “examples” in the world of League of Legends, typically LDL.

No audience will expect negative events similar to the “32 players” incident to repeat. But to do this is not easy. Especially when VCS will be even more difficult because it will be difficult to gain the same attraction as before.
