The bonus was part of the studio's “Shift Up Rise Up” celebration, held for its employees. As the outlet reports, the final headcount at Shift Up is 311 – so that's 311 PS5 Pro consoles that will be given away. This gift becomes even more meaningful when, in contrast to other blockbusters, Stellar Blade is extremely optimized on PS5 Pro.
A representative from Shift Up commented on this bonus with a very simple message, saying that the bonuses and allowances as well as the PS5 Pro are intended to encourage talent.
