A Berserk cosplayer has been hailed as “real-life Guts” by Studio Eclypse, the animation studio behind the Berserk: The Black Swordsman fan product. The professional cosplayer, who follows Taryn Cosplay on social media, posted two short videos on X (formerly Twitter) of the full Guts cosplay, saying: “Guess who just got super excited about #BERSERK of @studio_eclypse.”
The cosplay collaboration was posted ahead of the trailer release of Studio Eclypse's upcoming Berserk: The Black Swordsman, the first screening of which is scheduled to take place at Otakufest Saltillo (May 18-19, 2024). Taryn Cosplay's Guts costume doesn't miss a single detail. The cosplayer can be seen below, fully decked out in Guts' iconic Berserker Armor and complete with a mechanical arm, throwing knives attached to a leather belt and belt, a cape ragged black and a streak of white hair. Studio Eclypse's Berserk anime will not censor content or include CGI
