Kodoani.com – The December issue of Ichijinsha's Monthly Comic Zero-Sum has just announced that the manga Bibliophile Princess by Yui Kikuta will officially return after a hiatus. It is known that the manga has been suspended since the July issue released on May 28 this year. Fans will continue to follow Lady Elianna's journey and unexpected developments in the magazine's release on November 28.
Bibliophile Princess revolves around Lady Elianna, a noble girl who is passionate about books. When she discovers that her nominal fiance – Prince Christopher – is getting close to another lady, Elianna believes that the rumors about the Prince's true love are true and that breaking off the engagement is just a matter of time topic. However, things are not as simple as they seem, and Elianna soon realizes that behind this story is a larger conspiracy than she thought.
Author Yui Kikuta began publishing the manga in Monthly Comic Zero-Sum in August 2018, and J-Novel Club is currently publishing the series in English. The seventh volume was released in February this year, giving international readers easy access to this work.
The origin of the story comes from the original novel published by Yui on Shōsetsuka ni Narō in 2015. A print version of the novel, with illustrations by Satsuki Shiina, was released by Ichijinsha in July 2016. The series was also adapted into a television anime and aired in October 2022, with HIDIVE streaming the anime as it aired in Japan.
