The kingdom turns into water when Nessie appears, killing the Serpoians. The water environment strengthens the Mantis shrimp, causing Aira to lose consciousness. Amid the chaos, Okarun encourages Momo to communicate her feelings and they rescue Aira.
The group stripped down to avoid water resistance. The remaining Serpo is forced to merge with Nessie and the Mantis Shrimp. The trio defeats the merged alien using its weakness, returning to school only to face a humiliating misunderstanding in Episode 9 of Dandadan.
