The Devil’s Contract Core is expected to become even more powerful in 12.14 when Riot gives this core the ability to self-heal the Beast.
One of the Tech Cores considered as Foreign Soldiers in the form of the Tech Core is the Devil’s Contract. If in seasons 6 and 6.5, Foreign Soldiers force the loser to go through a losing streak in order to accumulate as much profit as possible from the Chest that this clan provides. Then in season 7, the Devil’s Contract also forces players to “sell blood” to be able to level up quickly and thereby exploit the power of expensive champions.

But recently, according to some information revealed from Riot, from version 12.14, it is likely that the Devil’s Contract core will be additionally buffed. Specifically, now players can only “sell blood” to reach a maximum of level 6 because they will be deducted up to 6 health if they buy experience. But then, after each round, including the monster round, the player can recover 3 health. Thus, if gamers can calculate properly and have for themselves auxiliary cores or generals such as Small But Having Martial, Giant Hoa or General Soraka, it will be very difficult to be defeated.
