Non-profit animation studio Galactic Republic Studio has released the first four screenshots of the upcoming anime fan adaptation Naruto: The Whorl Inside the Spiral.
Naruto: The Whorl Inside the Spiral is a special one-shot story about Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village and most importantly, the father of Naruto Uzumaki. The story, written and illustrated by series creator Masashi Kishimoto, was decided after Minato won the global NARUTOP99 fan poll with nearly 800,000 votes. Although the story follows Minato’s struggle in developing the iconic Rasengan technique, it also deals with his close relationship with Kushina Uzumaki, Naruto’s mother.
