The plot revolves around Ichiyoa young man living in an isolated kingdom where gods and humans coexist. Ichiyō takes on the task of capturing the gods who have fled and caused chaos, threatening the survival of the kingdom. Together with the subordinate god TenkōIchiyō searches for four evil gods who hold the key to the kingdom's downfall.

Anime Haigakura is directed by Junichi Yamamoto (Armor Shop for Ladies & Gentlemen, Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke’s Mansion) tại Typhoon Graphics. Yū Murai serves as a writer for the series, also Masaki Satō (Slam Dunk, Record of Ragnarok) character design. Music by Yuki Kurihara (Dropkick on My Devil!) composed. History of development of Haigakura manga
Shinobu Takayama first launched Haigakura in the magazine Zero-Sum Ward belong to Ichijinsha in 2008. After the magazine ceased publication in 2015, the manga continued to be published on Zero-Sum Online and has become Takayama's longest-running work. Up to now, Ichijinsha has released 16 volumes with a total of over 1.3 million copies circulation (including digital), confirming the enduring appeal of this unique adventure story.
