Hunter Although the manga has been interrupted many times, it cannot be denied that the loyal fan base has not lost interest.
The famous series has been entertaining us for a long time and continues to do so. However, seeing that his health condition was getting worse, Togashi came up with a few ending ideas that he revealed in his latest interview.
While the official interview will be released on November 21, 2023, leaks have already surfaced on social media and here is all you should know about it.
Togashi reveals Hunter X Hunter’s ending in the event of his death
Togashi came up with three different endings for Hunter According to him, this is not the most satisfactory rating, but he will feel more relieved if his work reaches this level. Concept B will see an even split of likes and dislikes, C will see the majority of fans disappointed while only 10% are satisfied with it. Interestingly, that’s not the case, as the story has a twist.
Togashi wanted a chance where he didn’t have to choose any of the aforementioned scenarios, so he also came up with an additional ending, D, which he scrapped. But he’s eager for the series to have that ending if he meets his dark fate before giving the story a proper conclusion.
Well, Togashi didn’t elaborate on concepts A, B, and C, but surprisingly he did reveal the plot of the scrapped one. Since the author won’t be using ending D, there’s no risk of spoiling the story for the fandom by revealing it. So here’s the story:
A girl is standing near a lake and is trying to hunt the Lake Lord. She is none other than our beloved Gon’s niece. After lifting Lord Ho on her shoulders, she asked her mother to stop pressuring her to become a hunter. Her mother turned to her father and said that Jin now wanted to be there with them and never leave the island, but she was confident that one day her mind would change. The ending will also see Gon as a powerful hunter, and we will also see some new faces.
