Not only Summoner’s Rift has a big change in 2023, the ARAM mode of League of Legends also has a lot of breakthrough innovations next season.
Up to now, ARAM is one of the very attractive permanent game modes of League of Legends. Because many gamers are quite “lazy to farm” and just want to fight as much as possible. But in order for many generals and many equipment to not be too “faulty” in this mode, Riot Games had to carefully balance the power many times.
Recently, the “music company” has revealed ARAM version 2023 with a series of major changes.
General change
Total lifesteal and lifesteal are reduced by 50% against minions.
Currently, ranged damage (over 1000 distances) is being reduced by 15%, this reduction will increase to 15-30% based on distance from 1000-2000. Note, this damage reduction mechanism does not affect the ultimate.
Bonus magic resistance for melee champions increased from 10 to 15.
Champion-specific update
The following champions gain 20% more energy regeneration in ARAM: Akali, Kennen, Lee Sin, Zed.
The following champions gain 20% resistance in ARAM: Akali, Ekko, Elise, Evelynn, Fizz, Kassadin, Katarina, Kayn, Kha’Zix, LeBlanc, Pyke, Qiyana, Rek’Sai, Rengar, Talon, and Zed.
Skill Recovery Points:
Ashe will gain -20 skill cooldowns in ARAM.
Howling Abyss map update
Hexgates frozen version:

Dumping Tower:

When the turret is destroyed, it will collapse and leave a series of broken bricks that form new terrain. Riot Games hopes this new tower mechanic will create more interesting situations in ARAM.
In addition, the Howling Abyss map will have a new brush to increase unexpected hiding situations.
Not only that, Riot Games also launched an “ARAM Clash” mode on December 5. However, it is highly likely that this mode is only for the region managed by Riot Games, so it will be difficult for Vietnamese LoL gamers to experience this mode (during the time Garena is still the main publisher).
