Kodoani.com – Side story manga Lord Marksman and Carnwenhan (Madan no Ō to Seisen no Carnwenhan) by bomi has officially ended with Shueisha publishing the final volume, the third volume, on Wednesday in Japan. The manga is based on the novel Lord Marksman and Carnwenhan (Madan no Ō to Carnwenhan) by Tsukasa Seo and illustrator Minato Yasaka, and is a spin off of Tsukasa Kawaguchi’s original Lord Marksman and Vanadis (Madan no Ō to Vanadis) novel series.
The spinoff manga debuted on the “Suiyōbi wa Mattari Dash X Comic” page of the Nico Nico Seiga website in August 2021. Shueisha published the manga’s first volume in April 2022, followed by the second volume in September 2022. The main novel series debuted in September 2019, and its sixth volume is published in Japan in December 2021.
The manga’s setting is an alternate parallel world centered on Limalisha, Eleonar’s bodyguard, and dual sword user Carnwenhan. The story revolves around Tigre and Limalisha when they arrive on the island of Asvar and hear an unbelievable story from Princess Guinevere of Asvar. Artorius, the Knight of the Round Table who founded Asvar 300 years ago, rose from the dead and took control of the country. The two decide to team up with Guinevere, but are confronted by a mysterious man who wields a bow stronger than Tigre.
