Kodoani.com – At the event Grand Festival on Sunday, Nintendo notice that Splatoon 3 will no longer receive regular updates. However, the Splatfest seasonal specials such as Splatoween, Frosty Fest, Spring Fest and Summer Nights will continue with old topics coming back. Updates on the weapon adjustment will also continue to be deployed in the future.
Additionally, in-game events such as Big Run, Eggstra Workand Monthly Challenges will also continue to be held in the near future.
Grand Festival is a three-day special event in Splatoon 3 featuring exciting activities like special performances and free in-game gear giveaways, running from September 12-15.
During the event, Nintendo of America also announced the tournament Splatoon World Championship 2024 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe World Championship 2024scheduled to take place from April 13-14 in Japan.
