Novel Undead Unluck: Romantic na Hiteisha no Kyūjitsu launches ahead of anime premiere on October 6
Kodoani.com – Shueisha has revealed that the Undead Unluck and Mashle: Magic and Muscles manga series will have accompanying novels along with a listing on the website. The novel for Undead Unluck titled “Undead Unluck: Romantic na Hiteisha no Kyūjitsu” (Undead Unluck: The Romantic Denier’s Day Off) and the novel for Mashle: Magic and Muscles titled “Mashle Mash: Burndead to Gangan Ikōze” (Mashle Mash: Go for it with Burndead).
Both novels are scheduled to be released on October 4.
Undead Unluck released his first novel, “Undead Unluck: Fuzoroi na Union no Nichijō” (Undead Unluck: The Daily Life of the Uneven Union), in February. Mashle: Magic and Muscles already has two books. novels titled “Mashle – MASHLE -: Mash Burndead to Fukkatsu no Jumon” (Mashle-MASHLE-: Mash Burndead and the Book of Resurrection), published in April, and “Mashle – MASHLE -: Burndead to Bōken no Sho 1” (Mashle-MASHLE-: Burndead and the Book of Adventure 1), released in May.
The Undead Unluck manga was created by Yoshifumi Tozuka and was published through a one-shot in Weekly Shonen Jump in January 2019. It was later adapted into an official manga series starting in January 2020. The manga was published by Viz Media and translated in English. An anime adaptation of the manga was also announced and will premiere on October 6, 2022.
The Mashle: Magic and Muscles manga launched in Weekly Shonen Jump in January 2020 and will end in October. The manga inspired an anime that premiered in April and is streamed by Crunchyroll .
