Yuki Kaji’s child recently made his voice acting debut Attack the giant The last part. The baby, whose name is not known to the public, provided the voice of the crying child caught in the middle of the rumble. Crying can be heard around the 28 minute mark. The idea for this comes from the “inheritance” theme in the story, as Yuki Kaji voices the story’s main character, Eren Yeager.
Kaji and his partner Ayana Taketatsu announced the birth of their first child last November. These scenes were recorded before the baby’s birthday, meaning they were not yet a year old at the time.
The anime series ended its 10-year run earlier this month with an 85-minute special episode. It is adapted from the manga of the same name by Hajime Isayama, serialized in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine from 2009 to 2021. The manga ended in April 2021 after 139 chapters, compiled into 34 volumes. The final, 34th volume debuted in June 2021. The manga was adapted into an anime by WIT Studio in 2013. Season 2 debuted in 2017, followed by a third season divided into two parts. The first season aired in the summer of 2018, while the second season began in April 2019. Studio MAPPA took over the franchise for the 4th season, titled Attack on Titan final season. The series began airing in December 2020 and has a total of 16 episodes. After finishing airing in March 2021, Season 2 was announced. Attack on Titan Finale Part 2 started last January and then 60 Minutes Attack on Titan Final Part: Final chapters especially in March this year.
Over the years, Kaji has often spoken about how much voice acting means to him. He recently revealed that he wrote the lyrics for Eren’s “interview” with NHK after Hajime Isayama requested it. “In particular, I feel that the word “fighting” and the way he views the concepts of “family” and “professionalism” are very close to me.” he wrote at the time, saying he felt lucky to have met Eren. He has changed avatar on Twitter/X to a bird, in Attack the giant fandom represents Eren.
