Kodoani.com – Last Monday, at the event Aniplex Online FestAniplex has released a promotional video and visual for Rurouni Kenshin Meiji Imperial Court Romantic Meeting: Kyoto Doran (Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Disturbance), the second season of the new television anime project based on the manga Kenshin belong to Nobuhiro Watsuki. The video introduces more about the cast, reveals the opening song “Iranai Mono” (Unnecessary Things) by Tatsuya Kitani and Naturi showed, and also announced the anime's official release date as October 3.
Three new actors will join the cast as allies and associates of Shishioinclude Haruka Tomatsu in the role Yumi Komagata, Wataru Hatano in the role Anji Yukyuzanand Nobuhiko Okamoto in the role Chō Sawagejō.
Broadcast schedule: The anime will premiere on Fuji TV, Kansai TV, Tokai TV, and more on October 3. For other stations such as Hokkaido Cultural Broadcasting and Animax, the anime will air from October 9 to the end of October respectively. More information about the manga:Manga series Rurouni Kenshin: Hokkaido Arc belong to Nobuhiro Watsuki and his wife Kaoru Kurosaki has been published in the magazine Jump SQ in September 2017, but went on hiatus after Watsuki was charged with possession of child pornography in December of the same year. The series then resumed in June 2018.
Original comic series Kenshinfirst published in 1994, has sold over 72 million copies around the world. The story revolves around Kenshin Himuraa dangerous assassin during the Meiji Restoration, seeks to shake off his violent past and live a new life.
