Kodoani.com – Kodansha announced the second volume of the spin-off manga Potion-danomi de Ikinobimasu! Hanano to Lotte no Futari Tabi of Sukima and FUNA is also the final volume of the story. The new volume will be released on February 7. The manga focuses on the character Hanano, a junior of Kaoru from college. With the desire to meet her beloved senior again, Hanano decided to be reincarnated into another world and begin a new journey full of adventure.
The manga debuted in Kodansha's Suiyōbi no Sirius manga section on the Nico Nico Seiga website in January 2023. The first volume of the series was released in October 2023.
Story background
The manga is based on the original novel Potion-danomi de Ikinobimasu! (I Will Survive Poison!) by FUNA, first released on Shōsetsu-ka ni Narou in 2015.
In the main story, Kaoru Nagase, the main character, is caught up in an incident due to the fault of the world's supervisor. To atone for her sins, Kaoru is reincarnated in another world with special powers, including the ability to create potions with any effect she desires. She also receives a box of magical items, the ability to understand all languages, and a youthful appearance at the age of 15. With these powers, Kaoru begins her journey to find a stable life in the new world. .

Hibiki Kokonoe adapted the original novel into a manga and published it in Suiyōbi no Sirius from June 2017 to November 2021. The manga ended up with a total of 9 volumes, licensed by J-Novel Club and released in English . The next manga, Potion-danomi de Ikinobimasu! Zokudo Futsuu Onshin made, launched in August 2022 and is still ongoing. The third volume was published by Kodansha in October 2024.
TV anime
The main novel was also adapted into an anime, which premiered in October 2023. Crunchyroll aired the anime at the same time as Japan, attracting interest from international audiences.
