The superhero-turned-idol manga launches in August 2023
Kodoani.com – Website Champion Cross by Akita Shoten has just uploaded the final chapter of the manga Last Boss Love Death on Tuesday. This work was composed by Yoshikazu Kuwashima (Frontwing) and illustrated by Takahiro Seguchi.

The manga is a humorous story revolving around three high school girls: Fūka Nagisa, Julie Yūkiand Kanon Amamiya. All three are gifted with superhero powers from heaven, with a mission to defeat Dark Skullthe leader of an evil organization. However, they failed and were kidnapped by this organization. Surprisingly, Dark Skull did not destroy them but wanted to train them to become hero idolbringing many ironic and interesting situations.

The manga was released on Champion Cross (formerly Manga Cross) in August 2023. The work quickly attracted attention thanks to its humorous, novel plot and unique combination of superhero and idol elements.
A bit about the author and artist
Yoshikazu Kuwashima: Famous for the light novel series Kamisama Kazoku, which ran from 2003 to 2006 and was adapted into a 13-episode anime in 2006. Kuwashima is also the main writer of Frontwing's Grisaia game series and wrote the lyrics for the theme songs in Grisaia: Phantom Trigger.
Takahiro Seguchi: Known for the manga adaptation of Girly Air Force's light novel Kōji Matsumipublished from 2018 to 2019.
