Admirals are always the most elite and powerful military force of the Navy, but they are often underestimated compared to the Four Emperors. However, there are always exceptions, Admirals can reach the level of confronting and even having a chance to win against a Yonko.
In the One Piece world, Admirals are the face representing the military power of the World Government. Over the years, fans have witnessed their terrifying power on many occasions. Although extremely powerful, Admirals are often considered weaker when facing the Four Emperors.

It seems like every era of the One Piece world has at least one Admiral who achieved this feat. In the previous era, it was Admiral Sengoku, who later became Fleet Admiral. In the current era, it is Admiral Sakazuki (Akainu).
Admiral Sakazuki is currently at the Four Emperors Level
Admiral Sakazuki is currently a threat on par with the Four Emperors. Under Sakazuki’s leadership, the Navy has become more aggressive than ever, even starting to pursue powerful individuals and forces such as the Four Emperors in the New World.
In terms of personal strength, fans know that Sakazuki is a monster who possesses the Logia Magu Magu no Mi (Magma) type devil fruit, allowing him to create large-scale destruction using lava.

The Other Admirals Are Still Weaker Than the Four Emperors
As for the other Admirals in the One Piece world, like Kizaru, Green Bull and Fujitora, the truth is that they are weaker than Sengoku and Akainu. Although they were monsters in their own right, their achievements were completely incomparable to those of the other two legends.
For example, Kuzan (Aokiji) admitted that even when facing the old and weak Garp, he could not win without the help of the Blackbeard Pirates’ commanders.
