Tanjiro and his demon slayer friends are back together and it's about time! Now they were faced with a completely new form of training, far different from the usual sword drills. This time, it's all about pushing yourself to the limit with good old-fashioned physical training. Think of moving giant boulders and other things!
They are training under the strongest Hashira, Gyomei, a giant guy who is also a Buddhist monk. Gyomei's training is extremely difficult but Tanjiro is doing very well so far. He even had to deal with a rock blocking his path! But he's not alone. The other demon hunters were also there, all fighting together. It's like a scene from an old kung fu movie!
However, it's not all work and no fun. Zenitsu and Inosuke, Tanjiro's goofy friends, are there to lighten the mood. Zenitsu may faint under a waterfall and Inosuke may be swept away by the current, but they sure know how to make training fun!
The episode starts out humorous but as it progresses, things get more serious. The training was much more difficult than anything they had ever faced before and it made them homesick. But Tanjiro, with his ever-shining smile, is always there to cheer everyone on and remind them why they do this.
The episode builds to a big training moment at the end. Tanjiro fails the test but doesn't give up. He never stops trying and it's incredibly inspiring to watch! This is the purpose of training – to push yourself to become stronger.
Finally, there's a bit of a plot twist to the story. We finally meet a demon who is tracking the demon slayers! This may be important later in the fight against the big bad guy Muzan.
Even though the training was tough, there was still a lot of camaraderie around. Tanjiro makes new friends with the other demon hunters as they all train together. He even meets Genya, Wind Hashira's brother, again. Genya helps Tanjiro with some training tips, showing how much they care for each other.
Tanjiro's voice actor, Natsuki Hanae, did a great job of keeping the mood positive throughout the episode. He changes his voice to match Tanjiro's emotions, whether humorous or serious. The other voice actors are also great, especially the actors of Zenitsu and Inosuke, who bring the laughs.
This episode of Demon Slayer is about friendship, hard work, and never giving up. It's a fun and inspiring watch!
