Summary
Rimuru and Ramiris build a 100-story dungeon for Tempest's ascension festival, with Veldora as the boss. Episode 14 focuses on the creation of the dungeon and Rimuru giving Beretta's power to Ramiris. Season 3, episode 15, titled “The Audience”, features Youm's ascension to the throne of Falmuth and the Tengu's negotiations over road construction.
That time I was reincarnated as a Slime Season 3 has shifted its focus from conflict to celebration, and with that shift comes a lot of preparation for Rimuru's ascension festival. Working with the demon lord Ramiris, Rimuru has begun building a massive, 100-story dungeon beneath Tempest, hoping to use it as a tourist trap to attract adventurers.
This episode has more discussion about the festival and the labyrinth, but this time it's broken up a lot more with character moments and some nice animation. Rimuru and Ramiris get along surprisingly well, considering some of their past interactions, and the dungeon itself is going well. They even manage to drag Veldora into the situation, convincing him to act as the dungeon boss, allowing him to unleash his magical aura for the first time since Rimuru freed him. Veldora's magic fills the dungeon, causing monsters to appear and setting up the greatest challenge an adventurer could imagine.

What Happened When I Was Reincarnated as a Slime Part 3, Episode 14?
Rimuru builds a brutal dungeon
Episode 14 of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 focuses on Rimuru and Ramiris building the dungeon they started planning in the previous episode. With 15 of the hundred floors built, they decide to bring in Veldora, whose presence will cause monsters to appear throughout the labyrinth. Veldora will act as the final boss, should anyone make it through all 100 floors of the dungeon. They discuss adding all sorts of crazy traps to the dungeon, but Rimuru requests some “terrain effects” that Ramiris can’t do. That’s when Milim shows up, suggesting they add Fire Dragons and Ice Dragons to the dungeon.
There's also a great character moment where Rimuru relinquishes his power over Beretta, giving her full loyalty to Ramiris. Ramiris is overjoyed at the thought of not being alone all the time anymore, and is grateful to Rimuru. Beretta, for her part, still feels she owes Rimuru quite a bit, but is also overjoyed when Ramiris declares her her true master.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 3, Episode 15 Focus on the Audience
A New King Awaits the Kingdom of Falmuth
The title of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 episode 15 is simply “The Audience.” According to chapter 105 of the manga, the next episode will feature the final Youm champion crowned king of Falmuth, and he may even rename the country to signal a new beginning for its history. That would mean the completion of Rimuru and Diablo’s plans for Falmuth, so Diablo will finally be able to return to Tempest and be by Rimuru’s side again.
A meeting between Rimuru and Tengu's representatives will also take place, as they attempt to negotiate permission to build a road on Tengu's land. This is when Benimaru may discover a secret about his former master, Hakurou, which will shock poor Oni. Tengu also has a strange request for Benimaru to allow the roads to be built: a political marriage. Benimaru is a bit shaken by this offer, and rushes back to Rimuru to inform him of the situation and perhaps ask for some advice on how to handle the ultimatum Tengu has given him.
There's still a lot of political intrigue going on, even as the festival gets closer with each passing day. Depending on how well the episode is adapted, fans may even see the first few festival guests arrive at the end of the next episode, finally kicking off Rimuru's ascension celebration. Regardless of how it plays out, That time I was reincarnated as a Slime ready to rest and relax a little.
