Kodoani.com – Asahi Shimbun Publishing announced on July 31 that Saiko Takaki will adapt the ninth novel in the series Vampire Hunter D belong to Hideyuki Kikuchi and Yoshitaka Amanotitled “The Rose Princess“, into a manga series. Novel by Kikuchi has inspired Vampire Hunter D OAV 1985 and the movie Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust year 2000 Sentai Filmworks released the most recent OVA on DVD and Blu-ray Disc in 2015, and Media Discoteca published Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust on DVD and Blu-ray Disc in 2015.
Takaki released a manga adaptation in 2007. Digital Manga Publishing has released seven manga volumes in digital and print formats. Kadokawa It later released the eighth and final volume of the manga in English digitally and in print.
