Kodoani.com – Bessatsu Friend Magazine October issue of Kodansha just announced on Friday that the manga You’re My Cutie!! (Kawaii Nante Kiitenai!!) by author Nakaba Harufuji will be discontinued starting from the next issue.
Kodansha USA is releasing the series in English and describes the plot as follows:
Madoka is a girl who is fascinated by the world of shoujo manga, especially stories about innocent boys falling in love with their Senpai. So she is excited when a handsome kohai comes to work at her father's restaurant. However, things don't go as planned when the guy is rude, cold, and wants nothing to do with her. But after she bravely defends him from overzealous crazed fans, he begins to realize that he may have found someone he can let down his guard with.
Harufuji launched the series on Best Friend in June 2020. Kodansha published the ninth volume on June 13, while the English version of the eighth volume was released on June 25.
