Summary
Kawaki's redemption arc is coming to a close in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, with a shift in focus and setup for his dramatic rise. Kashin Koji's Shinjutsu power hints at Kawaki's potential growth with the possible influence of the Shibai cells. Amado's subtle influence and Kawaki's potential Shinjutsu awakening in a moment of desperation create interesting possibilities.
Since the beginning Boruto: Two Blue Tornadoes, Kawaki has been a constant disappointment in terms of power, but his chance to redeem himself is finally near. With the first part of the second season of the series nearing its end, it was inevitable that the focus would shift to Kawaki and everything was set for him to rise to glory.
In chapter #13 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, fans got to witness the first meeting between Kashin Koji and Boruto. Koji revealed his Shinjutsu power, Prescience, which allows him to see the future and multiple timelines. This power is due to Amado implants Otsutsuki Shibai's cells into him as well as other Kara insiders.and he awakened it after losing and almost dying to Ishikki.
Shibai is the strongest known Otsutsuki, who has reached “true divinity” and transcended the mortal realm. It is known that Amado cared deeply for Kawaki and transformed his body, and it is very possible that he also infused him with Shibai cells. If this is true, then A path has been opened for Kawaki's advancement. That would make him as strong as what Kawaki fans saw at the beginning of the series.
Kawaki can become stronger by unlocking Shinjutsu
Amado's subtle influence will be felt once again
Kashin Koji revealed that while many people have Shibai Cells, the awakening of Shinjutsu is random and entirely dependent on luck. Based on Eida awakening it in a moment of distress and Kashin Koji activating Prescience when near death, it seems A moment of desperation increases the chances of gaining this divine power.. So far, the only confirmed Shinjutsu are Clairvoyance, Omnipotence, Claw Mark, Reflection, and Prophecy, and hopefully Kawaki will add a new one to this list.
So far, he has Sukunakihona, Daikokuten, and Karma Release, and he also learned Shadow Clone and Fire Style, so he can continue to get stronger after being mocked by Boruto for his lack of training. As powerful as Shinjutsu can be, not all of them are suitable for combat, such as Prescience and Clairvoyance, so even if Kawaki gains this power, it may not suit his aggressive fighting style at all. Furthermore, Kawaki will probably be forced to fight fiercely with a powerful enemy, leading to his awakening, since Kawaki usually develops mainly through fighting.
While Kawaki's potential is exciting, this new development raises another question: how did Amado get the Shibai cells and what does he want with Kawaki? With Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Nearing the end of the first arc, the second protagonist will finally shine after a wake-up call. From losing right before Jura, being humiliated by Boruto, and not being able to rescue Himawari on her own, how Kawaki Resolving these events would be interesting and would develop his character into a true villain in Boruto: Two Blue Tornadoes.
